DO I QUALIFY?

You need to be a resident or rate payer of the Mornington Peninsula Shire. This is a condition of our permit and not something we can waive. Click on the map thumbnail below for a copy of the Shire map

NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Completed membership application / indemnity form.
Proof you are a resident or rate payer of the Mornington Peninsula Shire. (drivers licence, rates notice, utility bill, etc)
Include an email address and contact phone number.
Proof of being the parent or the legal guardian if joining children under 18 years.

PARENTS

The father and mother of the child
The spouse of the father or mother of the child
The domestic partner of the father or mother of the child
Any person who has parental responsibility for the child.

MEMBERSHIPS FEES

Family: $140.00 (max 2 parents / guardians and their children under 18 years)
Senior 18+: $140.00
Junior under 18: $100.00 (requires 1 or 2 parents / guardians ) (child is an associate member, parents / guardians are a full non-riding member)

DAILY RIDE FEES

Senior Daily Ride Fee: 18+ $40.00
Junior Daily Ride Fee – Junior Track: $20.00
Junior Daily Ride Fee – Senior Track: $30.00
Family membership cap per day: $50.00

INSURANCE

Motorcycling Australia. Please follow this link for details.Our club is affiliated with Motorcycling Australia (MA). Any MA licence holder is covered for personal accident coverage whilst using our tracks. MA provide both competitive and non-competitive annual licences, holding an MA licence is not mandatory for members, but highly recommended.

LODGING & PROCESSING THE APPLICATION

Can I join and ride on the day? – NO

We do not allow you to complete and hand in the application form at the track and ride. You must take time to read and understand the indemnity, consider and decide if you want to take out MA insurance cover and ambulance cover.

Membership Application Processing

We do not take membership subscriptions payments at the track. We take your application, either emailed in, posted or handed in at the track, and enter it into our membership system. That system will send you an invoice, it can be paid on-line. If you hand in a membership application at the track, it will be processed within one week and you will be able to ride the next weekend. If you email the application in it is usually processed within 3-4 days.
